Taking a break to energize and refocus can often seem impossible. One great way to get a little boost of energy and keep going is to have a small midday snack. I find sprinkling some toasted hemp seeds into my tea not only pairs perfectly with the bergamot in early grey, but the nutty aftertaste is fantastic and curbs the bitterness some earl grey teas have . Enjoy it with some simple thin wafers or crackers, just a few, and you will feel ready to tackle the rest of your day. Best part, your kids will love it also.
Earl grey tea has caffeine, so use sparingly and not to late in the day, or substitute with a low caffeine option like white tea.
